Full Conference Includes: Tuesday Texas Shoot-Out, all sessions and meals, Thursday Awards Dinner (excluding guests), and Friday Cracker Barrel discussion.

Thursday Only Includes: All Thursday sessions and meals. Awards Banquet is NOT included. Guest ticket must be purchased.

Thursday Awards Banquet is INCLUDED IN FULL CONFERENE REGISTRATIONS. Tickets must be purchased for any additional guests. Children under the age of 18 do not need a guest ticket.

HOTEL INFORMATION

Guest rooms and sessions will be at the AC Hotel Waco Downtown, 600 Mary Ave, Waco, TX 76701. Rooms are available for a room rate of $159 per night. The cut-off date to secure a room in our block is 07/06/2026 or until all rooms in the block are sold-out.

SUBSTITUTION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed if written cancellation is emailed to acct@tml.org by Monday, July 27. No refunds will be honored after that date.
