Thursday Awards Banquet is INCLUDED IN FULL CONFERENE REGISTRATIONS. Tickets must be purchased for any additional guests. Children under the age of 18 do not need a guest ticket.

Guest rooms and sessions will be at the AC Hotel Waco Downtown, 600 Mary Ave, Waco, TX 76701. Rooms are available for a room rate of $159 per night. The cut-off date to secure a room in our block is 07/06/2026 or until all rooms in the block are sold-out.

If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed if written cancellation is emailed to acct@tml.org by Monday, July 27. No refunds will be honored after that date.
