NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES

Texas Shoot-Out
The Texas Shoot-Out will be on Tuesday night and is a complimentary event that includes dinner and bowling for all registrants, sponsors, and their guests.  It is a popular event and a great opportunity to network and have fun.  If you plan to attend, please be sure to mark it on your registration form so that we may plan for your participation.

Wednesday Afternoon Reception
The reception is open to all registrants and sponsors to enjoy some time networking.  After the reception, the evening is free to enjoy College Station.

Thursday Dinner and Casino Night
Dinner will be at the Hall of Champions at Kyle Field – right across the street from the hotel.  You will even be able to walk out in the lower stands and get a picture with the football field in the background.  After the awards dinner on Thursday, we are going to play!  Plan to stay after dinner for this fun event.  This event is included in all full conference registrations.  Guest tickets are $50.

Golf Outing
On Friday, the golfers join us at the Cracker Barrel and continental breakfast and then head to the golf course.  It is a fun even for everyone who goes.  This is not included in any registration.  The cost is $100 and includes lunch.

Other Networking Opportunities
There are plenty of opportunities for you to connect with colleagues, sponsors, and exhibitors at any of the meals and breaks!
