Full Conference

Early registration – $300 members / $325 nonmembers

  • Friday:  Cracker Barrel discussion and continental breakfast

Guest rooms and sessions will be at the Sheraton Austin Georgetown Hotel and Conference Center, 1101 Woodlawn Avenue,  Georgetown, Texas.  IMPORTANT:  Our block at the hotel is sold out!

We do not have a block of rooms at another hotel but the Best Western Plus Georgetown Inn & Suites is close by and has the best reviews.


Texas Shoot-Out
The Texas Shoot-Out will be on Tuesday night and is a complimentary event that includes dinner and bowling for all registrants, sponsors, and their guests.  It is a popular event and a great opportunity to network and have fun.  If you plan to attend, please be sure to mark it on your registration form so that we may plan for your participation.

This year we will be going to Spare Time Texas, 1724 FM 685, Pflugerville, Texas, 78660, 512-883-4791.  There will be buses taking participants to the event and back.

Wednesday Afternoon Reception
The reception is open to all registrants and sponsors to enjoy some time networking.  After the reception, the evening is free to enjoy Georgetown.

Casino Night
After the awards dinner on Thursday, we are going to play!  Plan to stay after dinner for this fun event.

Golf Outing
On Friday, the golfers join us at the Cracker Barrel and continental breakfast and then out to golf.  It is a fun even for everyone who goes.  This is not included in any registration.  The cost is $75 and includes lunch.

Other Networking Opportunities
There are plenty of opportunities for you to connect with colleagues, sponsors, and exhibitors at any of the meals and breaks!


If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $45 cancellation fee will be assessed if written cancellation is emailed to by Monday, July 19. No refunds will be honored after that date.


Confirmations will be sent via email at least one week prior to the conference. Conference badges will be mailed to you in advance. PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR BADGE TO THE CONFERENCE.


Self parking in the attached garage is complimentary.


The conference sessions have been submitted for ICC Preferred Provider CEU’s.  We will post here when official approval is received.


The hotel is approximately 41 miles from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.  The hotel does not have a shuttle to the airport.
