The discounted guest room rate is good through July 12.  Don’t delay in reserving your room.  To book a room, you can call the reservations department at 940-243-3799 and tell them you want to book a room in the Building Officials Association of Texas 2021 Annual Conference room block.  You can also book online.  BOOK YOUR ROOM.

Texas Shoot-Out

The Texas Shoot-Out will be on Tuesday night at Andy B’s Bowl Social which is a short walk across the hotel’s parking lot.  Dinner and bowling is complimentary for all registrants and their guests.  It is a popular event and a great opportunity to network and have fun.  If you plan to attend, please be sure to mark it on your registration form so that we may plan for your participation.

Casino/Bingo Night

After the awards dinner on Thursday, we are going to play!  As we get closer to the event, we’ll decide whether Casino Night is safe in the COVID era and if not, we’ll have Bingo Night.

Other Networking Opportunities

There are plenty of opportunities for you to connect with colleagues, sponsors, and exhibitors at any of the meals and breaks!

We will post what measures will be taken and required a couple of months before the conference and in the “Know Before You Go” email to each registrant.  We recommend you bring your own masks and hand sanitizers if that makes you comfortable.

If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $45 cancellation fee will be assessed if written cancellation is emailed to by Monday, July 19. No refunds will be honored after that date.

Confirmations will be sent via email at least one week prior to the conference. Conference badges will be mailed to you in advance. PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR BADGE TO THE CONFERENCE.

Self parking is complimentary..

The conference sessions have been submitted for ICC Preferred Provider CEU’s.  We will post here when official approval is received.
