Thursday Awards Banquet is INCLUDED IN FULL CONFERENE REGISTRATIONS. Tickets must be purchased for any additional guests. Children under the age of 18 do not need a guest ticket.

If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed if written cancellation is emailed to acct@tml.org by Friday, July 26. No refunds will be honored after that date.
