Registration Categories

Full Conference
Early registration – $350 members / $400 nonmembers

Includes:

  • Tuesday:  The Texas Shoot-Out
  • Wednesday:  All sessions, breakfast, lunch, and breaks
  • Thursday:  All sessions, breakfast, lunch, breaks, and the Awards Dinner
  • Friday:  Cracker Barrel discussion and continental breakfast

Wednesday Only
Early registration – $200 members / $250 nonmembers
Includes:

  • Tuesday:  The Texas Shoot-Out
  • Wednesday:  All sessions, breakfast, lunch, breaks, and networking reception

Thursday Only
Early registration – $200 members / $250 nonmembers
Includes:

  • Thursday:  All sessions, breakfast, lunch, and breaks (awards dinner not included)

Hotel ACCOMMODATIONS

Guest rooms and sessions will be at the Dallas/ Fort Worth Marriot Hotel & Golf Club at Champions Circle 3300 Championship Parkway, Fort Worth, TX 76177. Rooms are available 08/06 – 08/08 for a room rate of $152 per night. The cut-off date to secure a room in our block is 07/15/2024 or until all rooms in the block are sold-out.

Complimentary self-parking included.

Networking Opportunities

Texas Shoot-Out

Join us at Big Shots Golf for this year’s Texas Shoot-Out! Conveniently located on property just a short walk from the lobby, Big Shots Golf offers a state-of-the-art driving range, plenty of networking opportunity, and dinner.

Attendance is complimentary for full registrants or those registered for Wednesday only. An RSVP will be sent closer to the event date to ensure we can accommodate your participation effectively

Wednesday Afternoon Reception
The reception is open to all registrants and sponsors to enjoy some time networking.  After the reception, the evening is free to enjoy.

Thursday Awards Dinner and Casino Night
The awards Dinner will be on property. After the awards dinner on Thursday, we are going to play!  Plan to stay after dinner for this fun event.  This event is included in all full conference registrations.  Guest tickets are $50.

Golf Outing
On Friday, the golfers join us at the Cracker Barrel and continental breakfast and then head to the golf course (located on property).  It is a fun even for everyone who goes.  This is not included in any registration.  The cost is $100 and includes lunch.

Other Networking Opportunities
There are plenty of opportunities for you to connect with colleagues, sponsors, and exhibitors at any of the meals and breaks!

Substitution and Cancellation Policy

If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed if written cancellation is emailed to acct@tml.org by Friday, July 26. No refunds will be honored after that date.

Confirmations and Badges

Conference badges will be available at registration.
